We would be delighted to come and serve our delicious pizza at your home, business, or event venue… be it a team picnic at a local park, a wedding at the farmers market, a family gathering at a winery, or any occasion in between.
Our truck resides just a few miles north of sunny Ithaca and we love to drive it around the Finger Lakes and make new friends. Its professional-grade kitchen is powered by two generators, and if you have a 220v electric source, we can operate in quiet-mode.
Our famed artisanal pizza is fully vegetarian, low in gluten, and carefully made using a multi-day cold-fermented high-hydration dough. This results in an incredibly flavorful taste profile, a crispy exterior, and a fluffy-cloud-like interior. We never compromise on the quality of our ingredients and prioritize local and seasonal toppings.
