Or just eat them alone. It doesn’t matter!

Each crust is made by hand using the highest quality flours, 48-hour fermentation, and very high-hydration. The result is a delicious fluffy-cloud-like pizza with crispy exterior. They are partially baked in our world-class oven and are super easy to handle and finish in your own home with toppings of your choice.

To finish: Simply preheat your oven to 475-500 degrees, add toppings to your crust(s), and place them directly on the oven rack for only 4-5 minutes. A pizza stone is great but not necessary. The crusts are roughly oval, measure 12x8”, and each one is suitable for one adult. The crusts may be kept in the fridge for several days before cooking, or frozen and reheated weeks later.

A) The Focaccia: Olive oil, fresh rosemary, salt

B) The classic Margherita: Tomato sauce*, mozzarella, fresh basil (basil can be added after the pizza is removed from the oven)

C) Mushroom: Tomato sauce*, mozzarella, thinly sliced fresh mushrooms preferably high end such as shiitake, fresh parsley (parsley can be added after the pizza is removed from the oven)

D) Choose your own adventure! Olives? Zucchini? Sauteed peppers? We are vegetarian but if you aren’t: Sausage? Pepperoni?

* We recommend making your own tomato sauce if time allows. For a bright fresh flavor, use canned San Marzano peeled tomatoes, squeezed by hand, and add a touch of salt and olive oil to taste. No other herbs, spices, or ingredients needed.
